Mid-Senior level, Affiliate Program Director/Manager
LeadCreations.om, LLC is currently seeking an innovative and detail-oriented individual who can fulfill the duties as an Online Affiliate Marketing Director/Manager and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. This position reports to the CEO and will oversee all aspects of online marketing including SEM, Email, Display, Social Media Marketing and Affiliates. In this role, you will be expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. The Online Affiliate Marketing Director/Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing affiliate partners and motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance. You will be expected to provide leadership in identifying opportunities to grow existing online media channels and expand into new ones to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Financial Expectations
- Exceed daily, monthly and quarterly revenue goals totaling 1-3 million annually
- Accurately forecast revenue growth
Account Management
- Manage clients and pipeline forecasts in SalesForce
- Monitor affiliate activity to identify fraud and any potential policy/program violations
- Manage and report monthly affiliate media spend and metrics
- Create and distribute affiliate newsletters and other affiliate communications
- Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance
- Develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates
- Market several different promotions through affiliate channels
- Create in-depth reports to highlight high-end and low-end performance and adjust programs accordingly
- Develop and foster communication and outreach to networks and affiliates
- Research, identify and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners
- Motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance
- Drive profitability through optimization of targeting, payouts and creative testing
- Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and offers
- Manage key vendor relationships with vendors such as paid search agency, email service provider, affiliate partners, and online media companies
- Manage budget, coordinate contracts and insertion orders, accruals, etc.
- Identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing channels for customer acquisition
- Ensure that campaigns are booked into the tracking system in a timely and accurate manner
- Test and QA ad creatives to ensure that publisher specifications are met
- Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with Third Party Vendors

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/higher preferred or 4+years of online affiliate marketing, ad traffic, marketing, advertising and client services experience
- SEM/Social media experience
- Proven track record with affiliate recruiting, optimization tactics and management
- Expertise in identifying fraud and program violations
- Strong Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

Affiliate Manager
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to work full time in our South Beach office to prospect for and recruit new online affiliates for our network. The candidate will also work with existing affiliates and networks to leverage relationships with our partners in order to drive more traffic to our optimized landing pages.
- At least 2 years industry-specific experience is required
- Solid knowledge of performance-based affiliate (CPA/CPL) marketing
- Proven record of prospecting for, recruiting, maintaining and growing a network of affiliates
- Self-directed and energetic – must be able to motivate publishers to run our offers

We are seeking a sourcing agent and product processing staff for our online retail division. Candidate will work full time in our South Beach office, sourcing vendors in various markets who can provide products for retail sale online and which meet defined requirements. The candidate will, on a continuous basis, facilitate the import of new products into our platform. Online research will be done daily.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identification, development and management of supplier relationships
- Overseeing the integration of supplier's products into our online retail interface, including data entry
- Keeping management apprised of market conditions and emerging product niches
- Identifying and responding to supplier-related limitations and logistical issues
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with nationwide suppliers and in global sourcing activities
- Experience in contract negotiation and contract management
- Experience in procurement problem solving
